Hi There,

The Tibetan Monks' visit to New Bedford in June was one of the highlights of the summer. For a week they worked on a sand mandala of compassion at Gallery X, performed various sacred rituals in the city at locations such as the Zeiterion and the waterfront, and shared their wisdom and customs with our community.

During this time I photographed their work and rituals at Gallery X from my usual unusual perspective.

Now more than 20 of those photos will be exhibited in a show in the Douglass Gallery at Gallery X* from November 25 to December 6. There will be an opening in conjunction with Gallery X's Raffle Event on November 28th from 7pm to 11pm.

There will be a closing reception in conjunction with the opening of Gallery X's holiday show on Dec. 5th from 6pm–9pm. This is also Downtown New Bedford's Holiday Stroll weekend, when you will be able to buy works right off the walls. So think of who you would like to give a gift of art and an image invoking the peace of Tibet.

Don't forget the preorder period for my Calendars ends November 29th as well. These are high quality calendars printed on a thick card stock. They make great presents for your friends, family, clients and colleagues.
